Looks like Expo-goers are in for a treat. Although traveling around Shanghai by taxi is already nice and simple (hey, they even give you your money back if you kick up enough of a fuss!), there's going to be some pretty sweet new cabs on the road by the time the whole thing gets up and running in just over a month. The car below was spotted today, driving alongside the newly-reopened Bund promenade.
Insider's tip: calling the number on the side of the cab (96822) will connect you with Dazhong Taxis (whose regular cars are identifiable by their light blue paint jobs). They have English-speaking operators who can arrange for a taxi to be sent to your location. Especially useful in the rain!
