With 60-70 million visitors expected for Expo's six-month duration, Shanghai will be filled with people and, chances are, traffic will be gnarly. Fortunately, Shanghai has been preparing for the Expo for years, and development on the city's subway system has gone on at a fever pitch.
Metro Line 13 is the dedicated Expo line and it will be free to use with your Expo ticket. For other Metro lines, a ride costs RMB 3-6. Line 13 links to other Metro Lines at the following stops:

Line 9 at Madang Lu Station
Line 7 at Changqing Lu Station
