One of my  indian friend holding a student visa from shandong province.but,he didn't finish his studies over there caz of some problems.still,he stayed in china as they gave him 5 years visa and it expired yesterday.he took a new passport from indian embassy on 27th and now,he is unable to renew his visa.because they want him to show some letter from the university so that they can extend his visa.but,i am sure that his school won't help him by giving him a letter from the school,ashe said gudbye to the school after studying there 1 year..he was in such situation just because of tcollecting his new passport very late.
                 Bur,he doesn't have any other choice.because he was kidnaped by pakistani guys in dalian and was house arrested for 6 days and then his chinese gf came with police and let him free from them.but,the police took his passport and they give him his passport back on 26th afternoon.immediately he went to indian embassy to take his new passport on 27th.but,now he was unable to extend his visa.hedon't wanna go back to india.he wanna stay here,continue his studies and wait for his gf to finish her studies and marry her after 2 years.now,his previous school won't help him for sure to extend his visa.can u please give me a proper suggestion,clearly mentioning how to deal with this situation.
                 He is ready to extend his visa if it even cost him to pay fine.but,wt he want is that he wanna stay in china leagally.i will be so thankful to u if u can pull my friend out of this troubl.if my friend surrender him self to the imigration beauro and pay the fine,will they help him to get exit visa with out red stampings and black list,etc.....so that he can take L visa and come to china soon.........

                    ur suggestion is the most valuable one for my friend's life..........
