Dear Roopa, i thought that you are applying a Z visa that is a kind of visa for family members. Normally, if your husband has got a Z visa, your application would be taken 5 working days. However, if your husband is also applying the Z visa, your application will be finished in 15 working days.
So maybe you need confirm such information from your husband.

And, since this week, there more limitations about visa application. So how long your visa case would be finished totally depends on the policy and of course, the visa situation about your husbands.

Are the documents that you sent to the travel agent completed? Including your marriage certificate copy, your daughter's birth certificate copy, your husband's passport copy & visa copy, your daugher's passport, your passport, and the visa notifiction form......?
The visa notification form should be provided by your husband's company.
The embassy will not give you visa if the documents are not completed. If the documents that you submitted is not completed, please check with your husband. Maybe he needs time to prepare documents well.

Actually my husband got z visa in china from his company for one year and through the company, he got one visa form from the china government says that with this form we have to apply for the z visa. So i have given the following documents to the travel agent, pls have a look:

1. Original Passports (myself & my daughters)

2. My husband Passport copy and Visa copy (Photocopy)

3. Extended contract certificate from the company (original)

4. Contract certificate copy in chinese also (original)

5. Invitation letter from the company

6. Covering letter from my husband

7. Medical form in originals(myself & my daughter)

8. Passport size photo (myself & my daughter)

9. Alien employment copy (photocopy)

10. Visa form from the china government (original)

So far, we have not recieved any information from the travel agent that they want some more documents to get the Z visa properly. Please help me to find a solution, that the given documents is enough or they want any other than this.

If the Alien employment is original, it will be better.
Anyway, the documents that you provided should be no problem. Did you call the agent? What did they tell you?

Please do not worry too much, if the agent is a reliable agent, you will get the Z finally.

I am from india, staying in madurai city which is in tamilnadu.

I am very sad to say this, because my visa is rejected. I don't know the correct reason, i have also asked the travel agent, they say we also don't know, chinese embassy didn't say the reason to us.

So sir please help me, for application of Z visa what are the perfect documents i have to produce. Is this good do this all through the travel agent, or i will go to delhi in person for applying visa.

Pls suggest me the right way to apply for Z visa

Actually from my place delhi 1500 kms away, i have to catch two flights and by train means i have to travel one day.

Z Visas are working permits. Travel agents are not authorized to issue them. In order to obtain a Z visa, you need a letter of invitation and a work document stating that a company has hired you. In addition to those working documents, you need your passport, two passport photos, money and a visa application. there is no legal travel agent that can issue these documents legally, but I do not know how that works for a spousal visa which seems to be what you need, not a Z.

The documents that you provided should be no problem.
While it is true that apply for Z-visa in a third country is more difficult in your own country.
You can try to apply for Z-visa in Delhi of India.
