TripAdvisor has put out their yearly list of hotels to look out for in 2010 and there are a lot of surprises. For one, you won't find the Venetian Hotel home of the world's largest casino, Shanghai's cloud-slicing World Financial Center Park Hyatt property, any of the historical gems on the Bund (Peace Hotel et al.) or the much-vaunted Commune by the Great Wall by Kempinski.

What you will find, however, is a pleasingly eclectic list populated by everything from 5-star beach resorts to budget mountain retreats, there really is something for everyone. But we're not going to spoil the surprise for you, you can check out the entire list by clicking here. Enjoy!
