The Yinhe Dynasty Intercontinental Hotel (Chengdu Yinhe Wangchao Dajiudian) was Chengdu's first luxury international hotel. With solid four-star service and accommodations, it remains one of the better values in town. Though it's beginning to show its age, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The downtown location is convenient to shops, dining, attractions and the Chengdu International Convention & Exhibition Center, and the hotel itself offers some good dining Chinese and international dining options, including a well-done Chinese and Western breakfast.
