Located in bustling, southern Chengdu right on Renmin Nan Lu, Chengdu's main north-south thoroughfare, it's also a good bet for tourists looking for affordable luxury and a good location.
Handy to many of the city's sights ,convenient to the airport and next-door Chengdu International Exhibition Center, it's also only about 30 minutes by car from the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base. The 25-story building is only a few years old, and facilities and rooms alike are up to date and comfortable. In-hotel dining is quite good, including a Paulaner Brauhaus franchise in addition to Chinese and international fare. The only drawback is the occasionally less-than-five-star service.
