The Jianguo Hotspring Hotel (Jinlong Jianguo Wenquan Jiudian) is located in the east of town. It is just half a kilometer from the railway station, one kilometer from Jianguomen and 30 kilometers from the airport. Tourist attractions include Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Altar of Heaven are all close by. The hotel takes its name from the hot spring waters welling up from 1,100 meters underground, which guests of the complex may enjoy 24 hours a day. There are a total of 163 rooms and apartments, all are equipped with international direct dial telephones, color televisions and central air conditioning.
