0 /0  Users recommend

Named after the May 4th anti-imperialist demonstrations in 1919, May 4th Square (Wǔsì Guǎngchǎng, 五四广场) is located near Fushan Bay, next to Qingdao's municipal government building.

Comprised of Shizheng Ting Square, Central Square and the coastal park, May 4th Square is recognized as the new center of Qingdao, and its "May Wind" (Wǔyuè Fēng, 五月风) sculpture is one of the city's most recognizable monuments.
