I've booked this hotel twice for my visiting friends and they provided a free upgrade to business rooms twice. My friends said they would stay here AGAIN next time. Very quiet outside. Only downside: the decor is a bit worse for the wear, but the quiet surroundings and great staff more than make up for it.

Near gulou metro station, convenient. reasonable rate........ everything is good except lack of space within the room.

I stayed in a deluxe room. I liked the big bathroom. My room overlooked the city - nice view. Good value. The only problem is the location - not so convenient.
