Overview

The Gucheng is a smaller three (some say four) star hotel, built to look like a traditional Naxi residence. It has a nice location right next to Lijiang's Old Town, which with a little imagination can make you feel like you are staying in some nice Naxi family's home...a traditional home with central AC, Internet access, car rental, and ticketing services that is.

The restaurant is five minutes walk away , but is quite good. The environment is also good.

The facilities are not very new and the sound insullation is not very good. but the views are quite nice.
