As the others said the rooms are large and modern with 42" flat screen TV's, beautiful bathrooms, great shower pressure, even electric curtains and shades. If you only need a place to sleep and have breakfast great. But there's nothing else near it. While other luxury hotels usually have grand lobbies, this has a small area on the 22nd floor with a different set of elevators to take you to the rooms on the lower floors so you end up spending all your time in your room. Pluses are a beautiful exercise room on the 24th floor with views of the city and a nice sized pool. Nice views from the 22nd floor bars as well. The staff is very polite and helpful. Minuses are 120 RMB per day for internet plus everything else is fairly expensive (i.e. all meals/drinks) which offsets the fairly reasonable room rates. Although super clean, safe and modern I think there are better choices in Guangzhou for extended stays.

Overall well worth the money. i stayed in the basic room, a grand king size bed, huge room, fantastic bathroom , shower, tub, great view. and all for about 850 yuan plus tax, about $150. Only a little bit annoying before finding the hotel. Even local taxi didnt know the place. Breakfast was excllent, mainly serving good western food, if provided some local specialities as well. if everyhotel was this good, i will travel more

I like the design style, simple and considerate. The bathroom is big and the bedroom is a little small. Window curtains are electrical and the TV set is rotatable so that I can watch TV both in sofa and in bed. A Chinese congou tea set is put on the mini-bar, although I don't know what is special in making congou tea, it's still an interesting thing to try in my own way:-)

A bit hard to find straight away, its in the middle of a massive redvelopment , so its surrounded on all sides by new buildings going up, and taxis dont know where it is yet, but well worth the effort. Annoying is the sky lobby, basically reception on floor 22, so you go up to 22, then change elevator to go to your floor, gets a bit tedious after a while. Staff are really nice and helpful. Design is modern and practical, the typical Hyatt style, and the room looks big. Overall, this is absolutely 5 star.
