Located on Shangri-La, the main road of Lijiang city, this hotel has good access to many of the city's attractions, including the World Heritage Old Town. Business floor guests get free breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails, but for the leisure travel there isn't much to distinguish this hotel from Lijiang's many.

The decor is nice, but the electricity was always turned off at night for some unknown reason. It was kind of annoying.

We spent Christmas Day at this hotel. Only a few people were there and it was very quiet. Our room was big, with a bathroom separated by transparent glass. Breakfast was not great, but there is nowhere else to eat really close by. It costs about 10 RMB to get to and from from both ancient cities by taxi. I'd stay somewhere else if I went again.

Stayed only for a night, nothing special. The bed was really comfortable. I was told there were mountain views from the rooms, but my room had no view at all.
